a few days have passed..

so allow me to catch up! Keegan had his first scrimmage on saturday, they won, he did good, although he didn't feel very good :( he wasn't very excited during it but they all get to bat 3 times and he did it with the T all three times and got better each one! they won the scrimmage! then they had their first game on tuesday night, and he felt a lot better and was pretty excited about it! when it was keegan's turn to bat the coach to the T away, I started to freak out since keegan had never done that before it was always the guys who had played the year before that did that, but i dunno if the coach was trying to show off and see how many he could get to do it or just trying to push keegan but he hit it the first time! the other 2 times he went to bat he didn't use the T and he did awesome! he was so proud of himself and still is, although his story goes more like "yeah I hit it to the fence and it hit it and i took off running and made it to 3rd!" haha love that kid :)

then came the allergy doc, ugh, wednesday keegan went for allergy testing and it was HORRIBLE. they didn't test him for any food allergies because he has never had any problems with any foods, but they did test him for a lot of other stuff and he was allergic to EVERYTHING except cats and dogs.. lots of trees and grass and mold, dust mites, so as i always work hard to keep my house clean, now we are changing some more things like we got a new vacuum with a hepa filter to help with his allergies, doing some tricks to our vents to keep the air even more fresh and filtered, and washing sheets once a week in hot water instead of every two weeks like i was.. along with dust mite covers for beds and stuff like that.. hopefully that with the meds and shots he will get some relief! I really don't know how Audrey has no problems with allergies, I have bad allergies though they seem to be getting better with age i still have problems with them and when i go to the country it get's worse, but Audrey seems to have very little problems with it!

speaking of Audrey, today was Earth day, in the car after school she says "so today was Earth Day and me and my friends picked up all the trash on the earth so its all done now, then i made you a castle out of trash, it was fun!" she's so sweet to think she solved the trash problem worldwide, what a sweet girl :)

The Flood....

ook I promise I have not forgotten about my blog, truth is I forgot the password and haven't really had time or the motivation to go in and change it.. but seeing as the kids are at their Dad's tonight, house is cleaned and im bored out of my mind, I decided to take care of that.. but I have some catching up to do, not a lot of excitement going on in our house except for, THE FLOOD! so we get up one weekday morning a couple weeks ago and do or normal morning thing, as the kids are waking up I start a load of laundry like usual, we then head up-stairs to get ready for school, about 20 minutes later come back down to water, and a lot of it, covering the laundry room, bathroom, kitchen and dining room oh and the pantry too.. almost reaching the carpet in the living room, but thankfully it didn't! I run in and turn the washer off and just kind of stand there wondering what the heck im gonna do, of course Miss.Perfect Audrey starts telling me how it is getting on her high heels and how I need to clean up the mess, although every towel we had couldn't have touched it! so I leave, take the kids to school and amazing enough my mom's husband happens to work for a water evacuation company and came and cleaned it all up in about 20 minutes!! yay!! since then nothing much has happened except for Keegan eating cat food, and loving it, trying to talk Audrey into having some... yeah, I know.
